• A correction. If a bonus figure, rollover, minimum or payout window on one of our pages is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which figure. These go to the front of the queue and we say on the page that we changed it.
• A complaint about an operator. We cannot recover your money and we will not pretend otherwise, because we are not a regulator and these operators do not answer to one. We do log complaints, and a documented pattern of unpaid withdrawals gets an operator removed from our lists.
• Press and research. Happy to talk about how the category works.

We are not an operator. We cannot access your betting account, reset your password, release a withheld withdrawal, or verify your identity. If your account is frozen pending a document request, the operator's own support desk is the only route, and our page on no verification betting sites explains why that is the case.
